I was pretty excited about my visit to jaipur. Plan was to drive in 2 cars, one with bhaiya and bhabhi and other with me Gudia and Golu.
Trouble started right there when we left our house, gudia forgot her mobile and we spent half an hour looking for it. Finally found it resting on a bike in parking.I must say Gudia is very fortunate to have a brother like me, who is expert at looking for lost things.
Then we started and with it started gudia's crib for the traffic, her "Unending limited knowledge" about RING road & other roads of delhi etc....Then I took over attention from her and forgot my camera @ drive through McDonald's in manesar. Though we did not know it then. (Special mention for the camera as it was the first big expensive asset which I bought with my salary that too when my salary was half of the camera price). By this time gudia and me were in the same car and family and golu were in the other. Now it was gudia's turn to perform.We went to Cafe' coffee day on the way and there we had some very good hard to pronounce and impossible to remember cold coffee. When we came out and had travelled some 35-40 kms we got a call from bhabhi. We were surprised to know that she knew that we had been to CCD, then came the hard truth that we left Hittu Bhaiya's wallet @ CCD. Actually not 'WE' it was Gudia again (Yes, I know it is hard to believe but she is just too gud at forgetting things. If forgetting things would be an industry then gudia would no-doubt be the Queen of such industry). Well we back to ccd and took the wallet. (Special mention the person who called from CCD did not know that the wallet he called about contained far more than his next three yrs advance salary, but nevertheless we got it back).

When we were returning back from jaipur, tyre of our car got bursted.
And that's how our Misadventures in the trip finally got over.
To top that,
- Gudia just cannot resist forgetting things, she forgot her cell phone 4-5 days later somewhere in her office.
I don't know about "Queen of the industry" that bittu has mentioned... But i definitely am tragedy queen. And it is really not funny, interesting or cool...!!

Behan has gifted it. 2 It had my name written on a rice in it.. What about the key & lock that is another story i dont even want to even start it here....

Woah..well kushgra don't get me wrong but does loosing things or forgetting things really bothers you ?? You lost your sodexos for couple of months..your shoes..now camera and the list is not gonna end i guess !!
ReplyDeleteHey you guys forgot about the bag... While searching for phone in the morning Gudia took out her bag to check it out. Later she forgot to put it in car. Next day when she needed clothes she couldn't find her bag... After 7 days we came to know that it was lying in parking lot and maintenance office kept it.

ReplyDeletebut for the bag disaster, gudia is not the only responsible person...I would say me n bittu both are equally responsible for that.
All i wanna say here is that gudia u really need the badam & milk daily,otherwise this crown of 'the queen of disasters' will seriously be yours forever. Don,t worry i'll manage send u this.

Behan I have no idea about the Wallet and mobile u r talking about...but yes loss of camera was in Fate and that I could not change....But Excceptions r always there...!! :)
ReplyDeleteLatest update---Today morning Gudia lost her slippers in the bus....she had to wear her shoes to not to get down bare foot...but cheers to her sporting spirit, she said "Koi na Rs. 35 ki hi thi dusri le lungi"....Well!!! thats our Gudia...
